Sharing our Content on Instagram

We develop a weekly series of researched and sourced posts relevant to assessing and addressing immune and nutritional imbalances and environmental exposures through epigenetic hair follicle analysis. We encourage you to make our content your own in your efforts to connect with your audiences.

There are many ways to share content on Instagram. When you find a post you love, just:

1. Click the Send Icon. In the menu that pops up, tap “Add video to your story” or choose people to send it to directly.
   View the story and tap “Highlight” to add it to a stories tray that won’t disappear in 24 hours.
2. You can always save a post to consider again later by clicking on the Bookmark Icon.
3. If you want to download the content, click on the 3 dots icon in the upper right corner of the post. In the menu that pops up, tap “Link” to copy the link to your device. From there, you can:
   – Open up an Instagram reposting app (there are many in the Google Play store. I currently use “Repost for Instagram”). Follow the app’s instructions for pasting the link and downloading the content for re-publication.
   – Visit an Instagram downloader web site like save-insta.com. Follow the site’s instructions for pasting the link and downloading the content for re-publication.
4. You can always take a screen shot or recording and save the content to your device for cropping and re-publishing
